Quick Inky. I thought about drawing a pretty girl in 1950s dress, then I thought, well let's add the boyfriend and make him awkward. They're both just a little "off". Fun times, romance.

The Indrecibles VS The Omnidroid Storyboards

 I boarded this sequence by following the script throughout the process and watching the clip only once before starting.

I was practicing to be more dynamic in the drawings. Still pushing to be more epic. :)

Rataouille Beat Boards

The assignment: choose a film, break down its story into 3 acts. All beat boards need to have a children's book linear read.

It was really fun to break down one of my favorite Pixar films. It's a film about food! Of course I'd love it. Brad Bird's script really follows a good three act structure and changes it a bit here and there and adds some side character bits without going overboard. It's really well done, I can only hope to make such a complex, but really straight forward story.
